Do I need to create an account on AXIO Athletic to place stock or custom orders?

  • Yes, for stock orders you can create an account during the checkout process, but for custom orders you’ll need to create an account before you design your custom item.

How do I place a custom order?

  • First you’ll need to create a new account on AXIO Athletic by clicking here or login to your existing account by clicking here.
  • From here, you’ll need to design your item in our Custom Builder.
  • After designing your custom items, you’ll be given the option to download and fill out a roster to re-upload to the Custom Builder. The roster will allow you to add player names, numbers, and/or select sizes.
  • We highly recommend you save your design every few minutes as to not lose progress in case there is any unforeseen issue.  
  • You can now add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Please note that your order will not be processed, and you will not be charged until you approve the final artwork from our production team. Our goal is to have a proof emailed to you within 24 hours, Monday-Thursday.

How do I place an order for Screen Printed Decorated Stock Items?

  • If the item you want to screen print is available for that service, there will be a Customize button for you to click on the product page.
  • Fill out and submit the form and one of our customer service specialists will get back with you to get you a proof of your order.
  • After you approve of the uniform mockup, our customer service team will help finalize your order and collect your payment.

What is your processing time?

Our goal is to get your order to you ASAP. Our standard turnaround time is 15 business days on custom orders. Equipment or non-decorated stock apparel ordered before will generally ship out within 24-48 hours.

What are your delivery options?

For flat rate shipping, we ship all AXIO Athletic packages by FedEx ground. There are plenty of other shipping options available to you during the checkout process.

What is your shipping & handling pricing?

FREE Shipping on orders $100 or more 
*Orders under $100 flat rate shipping: $10.00
*Free shipping may not be applied to orders shipping outside the lower 48 US continental states.
*For orders being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, there will be a flat rate of $49.99 for all orders $499.99 or less. All orders $500.00 or more will be charged a flat rate of 10% of the order subtotal.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Items may be returned if they are damaged, or if the wrong product was shipped. We cannot accept returns on decorated items or items that have encountered ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. For a full list of requirements for returns click here.

Do you offer free returns?

No, the items we sell are heavily discounted as is, so we cannot offer free returns at this time for items that weren't shipped incorrect or that have defects. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly issue you a return shipping label. 

How do you handle exchanges?

Exchanges are essentially new orders. Please contact customer service before requesting an RMA to return your goods. This way, we can make sure any restocking fees on the returned goods are waived. The customer will still be responsible for the return shipping charges and items must still arrive back to us in resalable condition as stated in the returns section. Please note, a restocking fee cannot be waived until a new has been placed.
